Reimbursement and Pre-Authorization Update

As of January 15, 2025, reimbursements and/or pre-authorizations for your legacy student will now be submitted in EMA. This will help streamline your experience, allowing you to manage all aspects of your student's scholarship in one place.

Please note:

• When submitting a reimbursement in EMA for a pre-authorization that was approved in the Legacy System, please provide the Legacy Pre-Authorization ID in the “Educational Benefit Field.” Please state that it is your Legacy Pre-Authorization ID (i.e., Legacy Pre-Authorization ID: xxxxxxxxx).  Your Legacy Pre-Authorization ID can be found by logging in to the Legacy System, clicking on “Account Activity,” selecting the current school year and then clicking on the “Pre-Authorization Request” tab.

Actualización de Reembolso y Autorización Previa

A partir del 15 de enero, los reembolsos y/o autorizaciones previas para su estudiante de legado se enviarán en EMA! Esto le ayudará a agilizar su experiencia, permitiéndole administrar todos los aspectos de la beca de su estudiante en un solo lugar.

Por favor tenga en cuenta:

• Al enviar un reembolso en EMA para una autorización previa que fue aprobada en el Sistema Anterior, por favor proporcione el ID de Autorización Previa (“Pre-Authorization ID”) en el "Campo de Beneficio Educativo". Por favor indique que es su ID de Autorización Previa de Legado (es decir, ID de Autorización Previa de Legado: xxxxxxxxx). Su ID de Autorización Previa de Legado se puede encontrar iniciando sesión en el Sistema Anterior, haciendo clic en "Account Activity" (Actividad de Cuenta), seleccionando el año escolar actual y luego haciendo clic en la pestaña "Pre-Authorization Request" (Solicitud de Autorización Previa).
